
A Bit About Me
Sarah (She/her) is an occupational therapist practitioner who is passionate about providing a whole health approach to her clients to find relief and return to the lifestyle they desire. Through manual therapy techniques, dry needling and gentle exercises, Sarah finds that individuals flourish and return to their desired level of function.

More about Sarah is that she received her doctorate in occupational therapy from Creighton university in 2023. She has since been trained in dry needling to help treat orthopedic and neurologic conditions as well as pelvic health techniques to address colorectal conditions, coccyx pain, prolapse, pregnancy and postpartum, painful intercourse, and many more pelvic health related conditions.

When Sarah is not in the office you can find her spending time with family and friends, enjoying aunt life, going on long walks with her dog, or watching a good sports event!
